What Champion Provides

Champion provides a full package of training, coaching, materials, tools, software and onsite help to help you maximize your success and volunteers' time. In a general sense, we bring the plan and all the support services; you follow the plan with a primary focus on recruiting fundraising participants and planning the day-of-event. We make a strong investment of time and resources in your event to help you achieve the most money raised possible.


Services

  1. Provide coaching on Host Team volunteer roles, job descriptions, profiles
  2. Make initial venue arrangements under your direction
  3. Provide an on-site Host Team Orientation
  4. Provide weekly event coaching, advice and direction
  5. Co-lead an onsite motivational Kickoff Event five weeks prior to your event
  6. Provide on-site day-of-event support
  7. Conduct a post-event debriefing to identify improvement ideas for the future

Materials & Tools

  1. Provide Host Team Handbooks for each volunteer captains' position (These are filled with instructions, tips, checklists, and ideas from over 2,000 events)
  2. Provide Master Event Timelines
  3. Custom design and print Participant Fundraising Brochures:
    • 1,500 – 15,000 personal sponsorship brochures (self-mailers with pledge forms mailed by your participants)
    • Electronic email brochure versions of the above
  4. Custom design and print invitations, announcement cards, and promotional materials
