Your Champion event is organized by a small volunteer Host Team – a team of carefully selected volunteer leaders who love your organization. We’ll help you identify this team and will train each team member by taking them through Champion Academy, our online academy where each person experiences a short video training that is tailored to their position and filled with the best practices learned from over two decades of experience. Once trained, one of our event coaches will guide and encourage your volunteers through the process. We’ll be there to help you communicate your event to your supporters at a Kickoff Night. And we’ll be there at the end of the campaign to help you run the day of event.
In addition, we’ll provide print-ready materials customized to your organization and will design your event website. Once your campaign is underway, we’ll provide weekly Executive Campaign Status Reports that measure weekly progress and identify potential problems that need to be addressed. In short, we provide the plan and support. You provide the volunteers and participants.
